Terms
These terms apply to enquiries made through this website with Rosemary Designs.
Enquiries and quotes
This website does not take payment. Sending an enquiry is a request, not a confirmed order. A commission is confirmed only once we have agreed the design, the total price including any delivery fee, and the date in writing.
Flowers and substitutions
Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. Stems, tones and sizes may vary from the photographs on this site. Where a flower is unavailable we substitute one of equal value in a matching palette and style.
Changes and cancellations
Because every piece is made to order, please tell us about any change or cancellation as early as possible so we can adjust before the flowers are prepared.
